Transition Facility (TF)

The Transition Facility aimed to stimulate Dutch entrepreneurs and those from Colombia, Namibia, South Africa and Vietnam to improve the investment climate alongside centres of expertise and government bodies. The Transition Facility offered financial support for improving the investment climate in these countries.

The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) administered the Transition Facility at the request of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
