The aim of Creative Twinning is to support strategic (cultural) alliances that mobilize culture and creativity, to strengthen social cohesion and increase trust and dialogue between the Netherlands and a selected number of countries around Europe.
The main target group is disadvantaged young people (15-24 years of age).
