Farm of the Future with Improved Cocoa Farming Practices in Ghana

The ‘Farm of the Future with Improved Cocoa Farming Practices in Ghana’ will create a model farm and learning centre to showcase the potential of Dutch solutions in promoting climate-resilient, agroforestry-based cocoa production. By integrating sustainable farming practices, digital and nature based solutions, biochar production, and comprehensive training programs, the project will empower smallholder farmers with the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve long-term profitability, resilience to climate change and independence. Through generating awareness and potential demand for Dutch technology and knowledge, the model farm will also serve as a door to b2b opportunities in this Ghanaian market.
