Modelling expert / DRR-Team Scoping Mission Peru (DRR16PE02)

Peru and Ecuador have always been vulnerable for water-related disasters, like flooding, water scarcity and water pollution. Both countries are particularly affected by the consequences of the recurrent natural phenomenon El Niño and La Niña. This project concerns DRR-Team's support (2016) to the Peruvian and Ecuadorian Governments following their requests, on early warning systems and flood risk management.
