The Global-Off Grid Lightning Association (GOGLA) conducts a study to understand the reasons behind the Pay as You GO (PAYGO) default rates. The objective of the Keeping the Lights On study is to develop actionable insights and understanding of the underlying causes of consumer non-payment, identify company good practices for managing at-risk customer portfolios, and assess how subsidies can improve outcomes for consumers.
