Offshore Wind Energy Course for Lebanese Government Officials
On the request of MEW/LCEC, RVO/ETF organised an online offshore wind course for a group of 21 Lebanese government officials. Participants from LCEC, the Ministry of Energy & Water, Ministry of Environment, EDL (national electricity regulator), Port authorities of Tripoli, the Lebanese Army Forces and UNDP joined. The course was provided by DOB-Academy, a well known training institute with profound experience in offshore wind courses in cooperation Pondera, an international consultancy with knowledge of offshore wind in Lebanon.
