Guelmim Water Dialogues

Recently, the Moroccan authorities, on both national and regional level. indicated their interest to work with Dutch experts within the Dutch framework of the so-called “Water Dialogues”, a concept which was successfully used in Panama. The purpose of this intervention is to investigate if the Moroccan side is ready to work according to this concept.
