Orange Corners: Angola – Start capital

This intervention provides the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Luanda, Angola with a start capital to pay for services of the Orange Corners service providers in the first three months of the programme. Due to unforeseen extensive administrative procedures that are required to set up a legal entity in Angola, it is currently not possible to have the – committed – financial contributions of various corporate partners available. Without these financial means being available, the Orange Corners service providers cannot be paid and formal contracts can't be signed. After the legal entity has been set up and the financial contributions of the corporate partners have been transferred to the Orange Corners account, the financial contributions that exceed the initial Orange Corners budget (due to the RVO funds being used to pay for the first three months) might be used to provide 'start capital' for a number of Orange Corners entrepreneurs – if the Orange Corners legal entity decides so.
