Orange Corners: Morocco – Start capital 2018

This intervention provides the Netherlands embassy in Rabat, Morocco, with a starting capital to pay for the services of the Orange Corners service providers in the first three months of the programme.

Due to the unforeseen extensive administrative procedure required to set up a legal entity in Morocco, it is currently impossible to have the committed financial contributions of various corporate partners available. Because these financial means are unavailable, the Orange Corners service providers can't be paid, and formal contracts can't be signed.

After the financial contributions of the corporate partners are transferred to the Orange Corners account, the financial contributions that exceed the initial Orange Corners budget due to the RVO funds being used to pay for the first three months might be utilized to provide 'start capital' for several Orange Corners entrepreneurs – if the Orange Corners steering committee decides so.
