Scaling up distribution of hybrid clean energy systems in off-grid, rural Uganda
Africa Clean Energy (ACE) is focused on enabling decentralized access to clean energy for rural households in Sub-Saharan and Southeast Asia. ACE specializes in manufacturing and distributing the ACE 1 energy system, a hybrid product providing access to both clean cooking and solar electricity for mobile charging and lighting.
Under the SDG7 Results' facility ACE aims to grow scale and expand within Uganda. Through SDG7 Results' ACE will be enabled to venture in more difficult-to-access areas, reaching last-mile customers and extending them a comprehensive dual-energy package.
