Agroforestry interventions for uphill food and income security and downhill tea plantation protection

This project aims to install a circular economy in the Cyohoha-Rukeri Watershed of Rwanda.

The project contributes to an inclusive agroforestry and water catchment area strategy for the long-term benefit of all smallholders, the private tea company and public partners involved.

As a result, the incomes of over 7,000 smallholder farmers and their access to nutritious foods, tea and other livelihood resources will be increased.
