MasterPeas, Myanmar Pulses for agricultural growth, higher incomes and nutrition

The project's purpose is to increase the production and income of pulses farmers in Myanmar.

In order to meet the growing demand for high-quality pulses (one of Myanmar's key crops), the project will increase production, enhance market conditions and provide an enabling environment for the farmers, e.g. by improving access to finance.

The project also includes the production and marketing of healthy pulses products. The project will benefit 9,000 farmers and 1,000 female workers and will realise sustainable and inclusive growth throughout the value chain and pulses sector as a whole.
