SEE-Clean Cooking: Implementation of the Higher Tier Cooking Component in Uganda

The Higher Tier Cooking Component aims to provide 600,000 people access to clean cooking solutions, at least at Tier 3, 4, or 5 of the Multi-Tier Framework.

GIZ and CLASP implement the project in Uganda with the objective of further strengthening the supply side of the clean cooking sector. The project does this by helping small and medium-sized enterprises to improve their business operations, get access to finance for scale and innovation and by helping to build an enabling environment in support of clean cooking.
